Upcoming Death Café in SW Portland
Sunday July 21 – 5 pm
Our next Death Café will feature a discussion about cremation as an affordable, progressive and green approach to the disposition of the body after death. We will be meeting at a private home in SW Portland home for a lively conversation and casual pot luck on Sunday, July 21 at 5:00 pm. During this gathering, we will share our views and experiences related to death with a compassionate and open minded group of people that includes hospice workers, bereaved individuals, alternative healers and spiritual seekers. This event is being organized and hosted by Terri Daniel, an interfaith hospice chaplain and death-awareness educator.
